Vision

 An educational system which serves our community in accordance with our religion and culture and aims to meet the best educational standards which will prepare the Palestinian youth for a productive life and equip them with values, ethics and high social principles that they will acquire to reach their full potential as responsible citizens committed to serve our society and national goals.

The directorate of education in Bethlehem envisions for a productive social formation of the youth by maintaining a balance between the promotion of national values and openness to world cultures by embracing the ever changing world of technology which will set an anchor for a sustainable social development.

Mission:

As an educational institution, the directorate of education in Bethlehem is dedicated to providing high standards of academic and professional performance by adopting policies and programs regarding to planning, implementing, evaluating and supervising the educational process.

To accomplish its mission in promoting educational development, it serves our community in a friendly and dynamic environment based on team work which is fuelled by numerous channels of communication and combines a large sector of key education stakeholders which would include students, schools, parents as well as civil society in a harmonized institution which would achieve the best standards of educational achievement and strengthen the sense of responsibility and commitment towards serving our nation and national goals.
