The Directorate has committed itself to contribute to its vision by implementing the following strategies:

·        Achieving quality education for all stages of education .

·        Maintaining a safe, accessible and suitable educational environment by improving the schools operational and technological infrastructure to enhance the quality of education .

·        Uprading human resource management which would contribute to quality achievement by teachers and administrators.

·        Improving the capabilities of teachers and administrators through the establishment of norms and standards for the output of teacher education by equiping them with the information and skills needed and conducting special training programs to train teachers as well as enhancing their working environment.

·        Cultivating a networking system with all sectors in our community to develop innovative solutions to meet the contiunously changing needs and challenges.
